BRTAGG Logistics Policy

Free logistics is provided within the United States (excluding overseas territories and islands). Under normal circumstances, we will use USPS\UPS\Fedex to transport packages and do not provide signature services. Please try to fill in your phone number when placing an order so that the courier can contact you. .

We cannot customize delivery times, but you can contact the courier to negotiate a delivery time.

If the logistics shows that the package has been delivered, but you do not get the package, please contact service@brtagg.com by email. We will verify the package status and send you a replacement package if appropriate.
